Generic Voice Pen Reviewer's Comments

I bought this cheap pen on eBay for $20. It was very simple, press and hold record, talk, release to stop. It also had a play button and a delete button. That was it. It was very small. It used 3 watch batteries which cost more than the $20 I paid for the unit. The unit only had 30 seconds of record time. I used this unit until the batteries died then paid $25 for a new set of batteries and it lasted about a week before it stopped playing back reliably. It worked sometimes but eventually the speaker stopped working at all. At least I can still use it as a pen. There appear to be higher quality units on ebay now and from other places but the unit I have is only used as a pen today.

Look for a better model, something with a brand name.
